Now in its 5th year, ITS has gone from strength to strength in 2009, and sees 2010 as an exciting year of further growth for the Chippenham based company.
The company started from an small nucleus of engineers providing outsourced IT support to a variety of clients in the region back in 2004, and has grown to employ 26 full time staff and has a portfolio of clients that see it providing support services to client offices across the whole of the UK, and into South Africa, USA and even China.
As specialists in network design, installation and support, ITS has been keen to develop the ability of their staff through consolidated training programmes, providing their clients with the confidence that ITS can provide market-leading services. ITS caters for a wide range of clients, from international companies with global operations to regional small businesses giving each the same service and attention to detail regardless of their size. Many clients now turn to ITS to provide a full managed service, thus reducing an organisations' operating costs.
2010 saw the addition of a new Managing Director at ITS, John Matthews joins the company after 16 years of working in the IT sector in the South West.

I feel 2010 is a year of fantastic opportunity for ITS, we are currently being invited to bid for bigger and bigger projects, winning business on the back of our ability to deliver a consistently quality service , our professionalism and providing our clients with the personal touch that a smaller organisation like ours can bring.
We hold in high regard the importance of Wiltshire as a commercial region and for 2010 we are aiming to forge business with other companies in our area, thus underpinning the local economy and creating a stronger business community for the Wiltshire area. The Wiltshire Small Business awards are the springboard for our efforts to promote ITS within Wiltshire and we look forward to 2010 reflecting the growth of our previous years"
