
As Customer Service Director, Liam heads up the Service Desk team and ensures that the high standards of customer service are consistently maintained across the catalogue of services ITS now provide.
After qualifying in 2000 as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer Liam started his IT career as a Helpdesk Engineer, following a series of rapid promotions he gained a position of IT manager at The Wilsher Group in 2002.
Over the next 2 years Liam honed his skills specialising in the relationship between business targets versus IT departments' deliverables and in Jan 2004 after recognising that a gap existed in the market for supplying high quality Support and Project Management services to the SME marketplace he and the current chairman (Steve Healy) started ITS.
